Thanks for showing interest in the Baden Powell Modular Railroad Club associated with BSA Venture Crew 57. The club was formed in 1993 by scouts and their dads who had an interest with other like-minded people. The Venture Crew 57 is sponsored by St. Paul's United Church of Christ, in Downers Grove, Illinois.

The club has boys and girls, moms and dads, from a variety of different Boy Scout councils and troops. The Venture Crew is made up of boys and girls age 14 and over, but anyone 10 or older is welcome to join us along with a parent or guardian as an associate member.

We have members who are strictly beginning model railroaders, young and old, and we have members who are very experienced in the hobby and can answer questions about most model-railroading subjects.
